For 2017, I am going to set my goals kind of low…
- Start at LEAST 4 days a week with some kind of 10 minute work out to get on more of a normal schedule, get the juices flowing, reduce back pain, and increase flexability and cardio.
- Take Luna on a walk every other day, off days do tricks
- Write a few pages at every week (one night) for blog and or novel
- Take better care of myself
- Work even MORE on reconnecting with friends and family
- Get on more of a regular schedule
- DO NOT REPEAT 2015-16
These SHOULD all be do able!
